Espaces vitesse-pression d'ondelettes adaptatives satisfaisant la condition Inf-Sup

Having in mind an adaptative Wavelet algorithm for the Stokes problem,
we define velocity - pressure non uniform wavelet spaces
satisfying the Inf-Sup or the so called
LBB condition for the Stokes problem for any space dimension n
on tensorial product of the interval.
The result is an extension of Dahmen Kunoth Urban's result
given for uniform discretisation spaces.
